Executive Director - Assisted Living - Las Vegas, NV - 20230522

We are looking for an experienced Executive Director for our client's beautiful Assisted Living and Memory Care community in the Las Vegas area.


This person should have experience in operating an Assisted Living and Memory Care property, leading a team in cultural change and acting as a strong leader of the community, driving comprehensive business results forward and including caring for each resident the absolute best that they can. Ensuring all team members are trained and educated, and that staffing is appropriate with a budget that is being adhered to along with occupancy in alignment with company goals, and more.


My client wants you to run the community as if it were your own. You will have regional support. My client is excited to partner with you to achieve all of these goals.

Please apply if you have a work history that supports these qualities and experience. You must be licensed as an Assisted Living Administrator in Nevada with all needed certificates, and have extensive knowledge of Nevada's state regulations.

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: Up to $120,000.00 per year
