We are seeking an experienced Executive Director for our clients' beautiful Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Houston, TX. This individual must have at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Director of an Assisted Living and/or Memory Care property. Must also be a strong leader with excellent communication and people skills with excellent attention to detail. The right candidate will have a strong background in management and marketing and a great desire to promote the wellbeing of residents with a commitment to the aging population. The successful candidate will also have:

• The ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
• A work history that supports the ability to hire, direct and manage associates.
• A track record of success in resident satisfaction and employee retention.
• Must be licensed as an assisted living manager in TX
